    OH. MY. HEAD.
    Never in my wildest, greediest dreams would I have imagined being nominated in this category with authors whose work has the power to make my eyebrow hair stand erect. (Yeah, I said erect.) Thank you all so much! When I wrote Tempting Faith, I was going through a dry spell induced by illness and the fact that my roomy (read: husband) was so scared I was going to die, he wouldn't touch me. So I went a little wild with the love scenes in Tempting Faith. I'm so glad that readers responded to it as well as they have, and Maya, thank you so much for creating the Lub Dubs! (I have to go sing the Lub Dub song I made up now.)

    These scenes are my favorite scenes in the book--well, that and when they get caught in the rain, even though that scene ends bittersweetly. I love reunion stories, and this one was wonderful. Congrats on your win!
